Last Years New Year’s menu:
Canapé with baked celeriac, truffle, and mayonnaise
Classic Swedish Löjrom toast with smetana, red onion, and lemon
Seared lobster tail with pickled kohlrabi and béarnaise sauce
Grilled beef tenderloin “steak au poivre” with fried langoustine and Hasselback potatoes
Or
Poached Arctic char with fried langoustine, trout roe, chives, and beurre blanc
Tarte au citron with Italian meringue
Add 5g caviar and vodka + 150 SEK
